To remove the Fender and Stirrup Leather you must first remove the Hobble Strap (if you have one). The Fender and Stirrup Leather should be all connected together. Saddles have different buckle systems on the Stirrup Leather so you will have to figure this one out on your own.
After loosening the Stirrup Leather Buckle you should be able to pull the leather through the buckle. Take your time, the leather is probably stiff and very dry, most people do not clean and condition the Stirrup Leather.
After everything is loose you can pull the Stirrup Leather through the swivel mount (if it has one - some saddles have bars) on the saddle tree. The stripped saddle picture has a blue arrow indicating the swivel mount. Please note the seat is off the saddle so pictures could be taken. It is not removed for cleaning. You should be able to lift the Saddle Jockey and see the swivel mount.
