Now that the Rear Jockey is removed or loosened make sure the Front and Seat Jockey are loose and can be pulled away from the saddle tree. These two sections are indicated in blue in the picture. Once again take your time, if all nails are removed this should easily lift away from the saddle tree. Remember the saddle strings go through these sections also. You may have to feed them through the Jockey to loosen it up.
WARNING: Do not lift the Jockey too high. If the leather is too dry it will crack.
